I have had the honor and privilege to serve as a commercial real estate advisor for over 30 years. During that time, I have worked on many projects throughout the country but with a main focus within Miami-Dade County. As a member of a founding family of Miami, I have also been involved with many professional and civic organizations that have given me exposure to key people which have allowed me to get in depth insights and knowledge  as to why deals and projects get completed or not. This information has also allowed me to advise clients privately as to what deals they should get involved with and those that they shouldn’t. I am not sure about you but I have been getting more and more inundated with information on deals being done and how good and positive each is. With my access to inside information and people, I can evaluate deals and projects based upon “the rest of the story.”  For many years, I have kept my insights to myself.
